I am currently a resident of one of your properties, The Abbey at Stone Oak, in San Antonio, Texas . . . You all have to know at corporate that you have a DYNAMITE team here on this property! The same people on the property since I've been here, (except Susan Orozco who used to be the property manager here is now higher up in the company!) which tells me about how happy they all are working for you; always visible and about the community daily; Steve and Alex . . . forever smiles on those two men's faces, respectful attitudes and one thing you'll find important is that they genuinely care about the work they do because it reflects personally on them and your company; couldn't ask for a better duo!!!!! Even when Steve has to come out on the property on a weekend for maintenance issues....still that smile! I swear our make-ready gentleman, Len, is always scurrying from unit to unit and you can tell that he enjoys his job here too. What a saint! Craig collects our trash curbside twice a week picking up all the little pieces of trash around the property making it pristine every day. Again, nothing but a smile! Saving the girls up front for last.......GENUINELY friendly and always eager to answer questions or when I pop in, they take those couple of seconds to visit and as a resident, that matters to ME! I love knowing that Kelly, Stephanie and Pam are running the ranch! All the above mentioned comments PLUS, they all get along together like a family.....they seamlessly work together....there is evident mutual respect among all of them.......and that is a RARE gem in this day and time. What a super property to live at and I know from being other places, having this environment and an extremely competent staff make it the exception to what apartment living could be.

We had a few issues that needed attention in a timely fashion, and wanted to say how much we appreciate the speed in which these were handled. A Maintenance team can make or break a community, and The Abbey At Stone Oak has by far the best response time of any we've been a part of. Thank you!
